well i can help you. join the club, i want to lose weight as well, and i just started a few days ago.OK, i dunno if u read or not, but u should read 'fit for life', because this will help u lose wight. the reason why diets don't work, is because people don't understand the way their body works, so i suggest you understand the way it works then you'll be able to lose weight, because when you eat just a piece of chocolate, you'll no how long it will take to actually leave your body, and you'll think twice about it.well, really see its about, eating foods at a certain time of day. because it all has to do with the cycle your body has.i cant remember exactly, because i read the book a while ago, and that's why people say not to eat after 8 pm and before it. because that when the 'eating' period has finished. also its about combining your foods. you see you're not meant to have cabs and meat together. because the bread has already been cooked which, then is combined with the meat, it puts of pressure on your body to break down, which could take up to 8 hours, and it wouldn't give you enough energy, it would just bloat you, and a few hours later you'll become hungry again, and then if you have lets say hamburger and fries or something like, that your just adding another 8 hrs, to your stomach, in which you stomach cant handle, so it will quickly jump on the hamburger and fries, and store the meat and bread. However it doesn't mean you cant eat meat or fries anymore or cabs. you just have to combine it properly, by doing so; just decide whether your going to have crab or protein, then add a salad or some vegetables. this always helps.In the morning for breakfast, have a fruit salad, or some natural yogurt with seeds, then at recess have some more fruit, then at lunch have a salad with feta or a sand which with salad in it, and a fruit or vegetable if your still hungry.After school, have another salad, this will give you energy for two hours the max, because that's how long it will take the body to process, then when dinner arrives, have your main with protein and vegetables or crab and vegetables.also important note, make sure you drink lots of water. drink 6 bottles a day. water is the ultimate source for detoxing and losing weight. that's why salad and vegetables allow your body to detox, because of the water content in them. sometimes people think they're hungry, when in actual fact they're not, they're just thirsty. so every time you think your hungry have two glasses of water, then see how u feel. also if u want to avoid eating junk food as much as possible exercise heaps. I find that when i exercise the last thing i want to eat is Meccas, or anything fried and disgustingly fattening. do get your stomach to be flat, do 50 sit ups everyday for a starting and your stomach will automatically, come down if you start detoxing. detoxing is the first step to lose that tummy, then after that start doing sit ups, and tummy exercises. after about two weeks of eating healthy or month you'll start to feel lighter as well, then you'll actually feeling like exercising.i forgot to mention one thing, for the cravings......i no i get them while following this big method, if u have a sweet tooth craving have a teaspoon of honey and some watermelon- DO NT got for the obvious, because you would have wasted all your time. Eventually the craving will go away, because our taste buds renew themselves a certain amount of weeks, i just cant remember now anyways, so your trying to get rid of all those bad cravings so u can start to crave a salad, becoz naturally, when u eat something Ur bod starts to crave it, so just ignore all those cravings and you'll see the outcome.I don't no if your religious or anything, but, if u are just ask yourself just b4 Ur going to eat something fatty 'would god or Jesus eat this?' and then I'd be like no, i read that Madonna uses this.anyways i hope I've helped, by the scroll bar i can tell I've written too much, but its the proper process u need to follow, to lose weight and keep it off.
